We are proud to offer excellent opportunities for talented individuals to join the roaring team of MGM China. 我們誠邀才華出眾的您，把握美高梅中國事業機會，與金獅再闖另一座高峰。 Job Responsibilities: Monitor and maintain enterprise infrastructure systems, including servers, virtualization platforms, storage, and backup systems Perform installation, configuration, testing, and routine maintenance of operating systems and infrastructure components Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, escalating complex problems to vendors when necessary Execute regular operational tasks such as system health checks, patch deployment, backup monitoring, and restore validation Support infrastructure projects and assist in implementing technical solutions under guidance Liaise with vendors and internal IT teams to ensure timely issue resolution and service delivery Follow established operational procedures, security policies, and audit requirements Contribute to documentation and continuously improve operational processes Assist in basic scripting and automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual work Job Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, or related discipline At least 1 year hands-on experience in IT infrastructure administration or support Basic understanding of network concepts Experience with Windows and/or Linux servers Exposure to virtualization platforms (e.
g., VM, K8S) Familiarity with storage systems, backup and restore processes Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., Power. Shell, Bash) is an advantage Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure, Alibaba Cloud) and monitoring tools is a plus Strong willingness to learn and adapt in enterprise infrastructure environment
