GTM Lead

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join the go-to-market team at an early-stage procurement technology company. This hands-on commercial role combines strategic procurement expertise with enterprise sales, helping large German businesses bring data-driven tools into their procurement programs.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Originate, advance, and close commercial opportunities with large enterprises and Mittelstand companies across Germany.
• Build relationships with C-level executives and procurement leaders, and position the platform within their strategic procurement priorities.
• Lead consultative discovery on procurement strategy, negotiation performance, spend visibility, and supplier risk.
• Run customer and partner workshops that turn procurement expertise into qualified opportunities.
• Coach sales, business development, and deployment colleagues on procurement topics and customer needs.
• Represent the business in executive meetings, industry events, and strategic partnerships.
• Share customer, market, and competitive insights with product and company teams.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• At least three years of practical experience in strategic procurement; three to five years is preferred.
• Experience working with large German enterprises or Mittelstand companies on strategic procurement.
• Direct engagement with C-level executives and procurement leaders, including Einkaufsleiter stakeholders.
• Fluent German and English.
• Commercial drive and experience originating, progressing, and closing opportunities.
• Confidence leading consultative discussions on procurement strategy, negotiations, spend visibility, and supplier risk.
• Ownership, adaptability, and comfort working in a changing, founder-led environment.
