Law Clerk

Foley Mansfield’s Denver office is seeking a motivated law student to join our team as a Law Clerk . You’ll work directly with attorneys on active matters, gaining hands-on experience in research, drafting, and case preparation while contributing to real client work. What You’ll Do Conduct legal research and independent factual investigations Draft and proofread legal correspondence, pleadings, and discovery responses for attorney review Organize large document productions, prepare exhibits, and summarize deposition transcripts Prepare materials for hearings, depositions, and trial Help manage case files, deadlines, and coordination with courts, opposing counsel, and support staff What You Bring Currently enrolled as a 2L or 3L law student Strong research, writing, and proofreading skills Excellent organization and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines Ability to work independently and collaborate well with attorneys and staff Why Join Us Real responsibility, close mentorship from practicing attorneys, and meaningful exposure to litigation from start to finish.
