We are looking for Casual Café Assistants to join our team at Rutland Water Park to work over the Winter months as well as the Spring! Nestled in 4,200 acres of beautiful countryside, Rutland Water is the perfect place to work for those who love the outdoors. From thrilling watersports to relaxing nature walks, our park has something for everyone – and our cafés are at the heart of it all.

What will you be doing? As a Casual Café Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming experience for our visitors. Whether it’s serving up delicious snacks, preparing freshly brewed coffee, or keeping our cafés clean and inviting, you’ll be the friendly face that helps make their day.
