Game Producer

Oversee the game development process. Ensure the project stays on track with timelines and budget constraints. Lead a diverse team of designers, artists, programmers, and other staff. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment. Maintain the game's quality by setting high standards and conducting regular reviews.

Ensure that the game meets or exceeds industry standards. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, to align project goals and strategies. Oversee the project budget, including resource allocation, cost analysis, and financial forecasting. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project progression.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in game production, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role. Proven track record of successfully managing AAA, co-dev and porting game projects. Creative, pragmatic and able to find the best solutions to overcome obstacles and ensure project development. Able to drive various functions through the whole development process.

Good organizational skills and analytical skills to deliver quality projects within tight deadlines. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in project management software and tools. Fluent in English.
