In 2025, we expanded internationally with the opening of Maxime’s, alongside a new Birley Bakery in New York City. We are currently seeking a Commis Waiter to join our team at Oswald’s restaurant. Freshly prepared meals whilst on duty. And more! Working Hours: 5 day working week between Monday – Saturday on a rota basis. Bank Holidays and the Christmas period off – our venues are closed.

What you will do

Strong knowledge of the menu and service styles to support excellent guest service. Maintain table settings and mise-en-place standards before, during, and after service. Assist the Head Waiter and Chef de Rang to ensure smooth and efficient service. What are we looking for? Previous experience in a similar role, and type of establishment is beneficial.
