Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2011 and currently lead a team of three. State Farm has always been a big part of my life - my dad is a State Farm agent, I interned with State Farm Corporate, and later worked for another agent before opening my own agency. I attended Western Michigan University, played hockey, and still enjoy following the sport.

Outside of work, I spend as much time as possible with my family and kids. Our agency is built on creating lasting relationships with our customers and making a positive impact in the community through the work we do every day. ROLE DESCRIPTION: As an Account Associate for {{ account.name }}, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
