Job description
- Responsible for profitability in their own working area
- Ensure the implementation of operational strategies in the work area to achieve company goals
- Controlling and managing operational activities in goal-oriented work areas
- Ensures the operation inputs and operation outputs in the work area according to the company's goals
- Monitoring all operational activities to improve productivity, efficiency, effectiveness and continuous improvement in all areas of work area
- Responsible in organizing and fostering and optimizing all resources in the work area to achieve company goals
- Make decisions and provide quick and precise responses to any problems that require input to achieve customer satisfaction (internal and external).
- Plan, develop and empower existing human resources and anticipate the needs of human resources (new blood, if required) in the work area on an ongoing basis
- Responsible for ensuring infrastructure and facilities for palm oil are completed as planned.
- Look for expansion opportunities in scope and propose to the CEO
- Ensure audit findings are followed up
- Managing relationships with outsiders such as Governments, Nonprofits, Unions, Communities etc.
