(Luke 6:17-19) MISSION STATEMENT: We exist to serve the community by awakening and empowering the local church to care for the physical healthcare needs and engage souls with the love and power of the Gospel of Jesus Christ POSITION SUMMARY: Watermark Health is looking to add PRN staff members to the team to support and offer leadership at the various charitable Watermark Urgent Care clinics across DFW. The role will be to function as a provider (APP, MD, or DO) in patient care and lead the daily clinical and ministry operations.

REPORTS TO: Director of Clinical Services FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt LOCATION: Urgent Care Clinics – Cross-Clinic TIME REQUIREMENT: Hourly, No Benefits SPIRITUAL GIFTS & STRENGTHS: GIFTS – Serving, Helps, Hospitality, Shepherding STRENGTHS – Adaptability, Analytical, Discipline, Empathy, Positivity, Responsibility, Harmony, Woo ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, & EXPERIENCE: Medical license with minimum 1-year work experience Minimum 24 Hours per month (64 hours per month maximum) Periodic required and paid team meetings Able to work independently, with minimal full-time staff support Active member in good standing of a local church, like minded to Watermark Community Church Aligned with and passionate about the mission/vision/values of Watermark Health POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Operations/Patient Care Provide patient care during daily clinic flow, staying mission true in initiating spiritual conversations and providing pastoral care in patient rooms Conduct medical visits with excellence, maintaining high standard of care Offer leadership and direction on difficult pastoral care or patient interactions Shepherd spiritual growth of volunteers while on site Volunteer Management and Leadership Provide input into medical management and volunteer leadership Oversee volunteers assisting in clinical operations and flow MARKERS OF AN IDEAL CANDIDATE: Experienced medical provider, ideally with Urgent Care or ED experience Comfortable sharing the Gospel Experienced in leading in a ministry setting A team player, contributor to a growing ministry Flexible/Adaptable to changing environments Warm, hospitable, and joyful in demeanor WHAT IS IT LIKE TO WORK WITH WATERMARK HEALTH?

CHURCH MEMBERSHIP Because the local church is at the core of our mission, it's crucial for our staff team to model the value of church membership in the same ways we would call our volunteers to membership and invite our patients into membership. As this is such a high value, we show that we care by having consistent check-ins with our staff team's spiritual health and require employees to be active members at a local church.
