Lead_Interior Design Engineer

A. Design Leadership & Management Lead and manage the interior design engineering team. Review and approve interior design concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings. Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and project teams. Ensure design intent is maintained throughout project execution. Allocate design tasks, monitor deliverables, and ensure timely completion.

B. Technical Design & Engineering Prepare and review detailed working drawings, including: Furniture layout and partition drawings. False ceiling and lighting layouts. Flooring and wall-finish details. Joinery and custom furniture details. Electrical and MEP coordination drawings. Sections, elevations, and construction details.

Ensure drawings are accurate, coordinated, and site-executable. Review technical specifications and construction methodologies. Identify design conflicts and provide practical engineering solutions.
