Business Analyst (Change & Transformation)

Overview

Play a critical role in shaping and delivering digital transformation initiatives. You will bridge business and technology, ensuring solutions are clearly defined, well-executed, and aligned to business needs. What You’ll Do: Define business problems, scope, and success metrics Gather and document clear, testable requirements Map processes, identify gaps, and recommend practical solutions Facilitate workshops across business and technology stakeholders Support Agile delivery through backlog management and sprint collaboration Drive change impact assessments and business readiness activities Support testing cycles (SIT/UAT) and ensure quality delivery Enable smooth implementation through documentation and handover Requirements What We’re Looking For: 5–10 years Business Analysis experience in financial services Strong analytical mindset with structured problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Experience in digital or transformation programmes Familiarity with Agile delivery and tools such as Jira/Confluence Data analysis skills (e.

g. SQL) are an advantage Additional Information: Based in Hong Kong (onsite at client office) Fluent English required; Cantonese & Mandarin strongly preferred Working within a leading Retail & Wealth Banking environment
