Centrifuge Mechanic

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES : Centrifuge Disassembly Electrical experience Some Welding Measuring parts with calipers and micrometers Cleaning work area and organizing work area Final assembly OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES : List any additional functions or duties that may be performed by this position. Loading and unloading equipment Balancing of centrifuges Pre-inspection of equipment List the minimum requirements for this position with as explanation as to why necessary: Mechanical aptitude Training required during and after probationary period is met.

List training, how training will be accomplished and required time schedule: Fork lift training Over head crane Must follow all safety and environmental policies and programs; must be able to use personal safety devices as required by company policy; report any activities that could be detrimental to safety and/or the loss of productivity; report any injuries when they occur Experience with rotating equipment
