Medical Secretary - Chicago/Float Pool

We are seeking a Medical Office Secretary to join our team at the outpatient clinic located in Chicago near the Illinois Medical District. The candidate must be self-motivated, highly organized, and a good communicator along with the ability to multitask to be considered for this role. This role will be responsible for clerical, reception, and administrative duties in physician practices under the direction of the Director of Operations, physician, and clinical staff.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a service-focused environment and wants to offer a personalized, high-touch experience to patients. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, no weekends or holidays.
