We are looking for talented and highly-motivated individuals who demonstrate a natural desire to support the meaningful work of community oncologists and the patients we serve. Job Description: Scope of Position: The Manager of Guest & Volunteer Services is responsible for leading and enhancing the patient and visitor experience across the Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center network.

This role oversees all front-line guest services operations, including attendants, receptionists, and mail room staff, while also managing and growing a robust, system-wide volunteer program. The Manager serves as a key advocate for compassionate care, ensuring every guest, patient, and family member receives exemplary service during their visit.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Guest Services Management Volunteer Program Leadership Patient Experience and Service Excellence Other Duties As Assigned QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Hospitality Management, Human Services, or a related field (required). Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in guest services, volunteer management, or related healthcare leadership role.
