Senior Talent Acquisition Manager

Our client, a leading New Jersey based family style entertainment provider, is searching for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead its talent acquisition function. The company is growing, investing in and expanding its entertainment offerings, and it's an exciting, fun and casual place to work, where employees enjoy working and playing at the venues.

This is an onsite position in Bergen County, NJ, five days a week, with some planned evening and weekend events and flexible hours around them. Reporting to the Vice President of People & Culture, the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager leads the recruiting team and partners with senior leadership and hiring managers across a workforce of about 1,000 employees.

The role owns full-cycle recruiting, workforce planning, employer branding, recruiting technology, metrics, compliance and recruiting vendors for corporate, hospitality, entertainment, retail, attractions and operations roles. In this role YOU will: Lead, coach and develop the recruiting team, setting priorities and allocating resources to business-critical hiring Recruit hands-on for exempt, non-exempt, management and hard-to-fill roles, from requisition intake through offer Champion artificial intelligence, automation and applicant tracking system improvements to speed up hiring and improve the candidate experience Track and report time-to-fill, source effectiveness, cost-per-hire and offer acceptance, and use the data to improve results Train hiring managers on interviewing, selection and legal compliance Keep recruiting compliant with federal, state and local employment laws, including background screening, drug testing and Form I-9 Build the employer brand through careers content, social media, career fairs, colleges and community partnerships, and manage recruiting vendors and budgets The company is looking for a team player who: Builds strong working relationships with executives and their assistants Works diplomatically within established processes Stays composed and solution-focused under pressure YOU might be the right person if YOU have: A bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field 7+ years in human resources with an emphasis in staffing 5+ years leading recruiters or a talent acquisition function Experience implementing recruiting technology, applicant tracking systems, automation and artificial intelligence tools Experience building recruiting analytics, dashboards and key performance indicator reporting Recruiting experience in hospitality, retail, entertainment, attractions or other high-volume environments preferred Our client offers a base salary of $100,000-$130,000, excellent benefits including comprehensive health plans, paid time off, retirement plans and team member discount programs, career development and advancement opportunities, and the chance to lead hiring for a dynamic and rapidly evolving workforce.
