• Pediatrics Job Type: Locum Tenens Location: Flagstaff, AZ Service Setting: Hospital Coverage Type: Clinical Only Coverage Period: Nov 02, 2026 – Feb 01, 2027 PATIENT INFORMATION Patient Demographics: 0-18 years (Neonates, Pediatrics, Adolescents) Patient Volume/Census: 7-15 patients per day Case Mix: Pediatric trauma, neurosurgery, general pediatrics FACILITY INFORMATION Trauma Level: Level 1 Trauma Center (Adult) EMR System: Cerner REQUIRED PROCEDURES Intubations Central lines Arterial lines Lumbar punctures DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Provide in-house coverage for PICU and pediatric patients. Perform intubations, central line placements, arterial line placements, and lumbar punctures. Manage pediatric trauma patients, including neurosurgery cases. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team in a Level 1 trauma center. Provide care for patients aged 0-18 years in PICU and general pediatrics.
