We are currently hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for our Group Home programs. As a DSP, you’ll support 6–8 individuals living together in a shared home, helping them live safely, independently, and with dignity.

Eastwood shift details include: early mornings (6:30–8:30 a.m.), evenings (3:00–9:30 p.m.), and up to 13-hour shifts every other weekend and on holidays. Qualifications

EDUCATION

and/or EXPERIENCE Requires knowledge and skill equivalent to the completion of a high school diploma. Preference is given to those with work experience in the field of developmental disabilities. DESIRED KNOWLEDGE Must have knowledge and skills necessary to perform ordinary household functions. Must possess good observation skills and relate observations accurately, both verbally and in writing.

Must have the knowledge and skills necessary to perform basic computer operations. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Will meet and maintain the required certifications to become a medication technician and CPR, First Aid as required for the position.
