Senior NetSuite Consultant

Requirements

3–5 years of experience implementing Net. Suite ERP solutions. Experience leading functional workstreams and owning key process areas during Net. Suite implementations. Successfully led at least 1–2 full-cycle Net. Suite implementations from discovery through go-live. Strong functional knowledge of native Net. Suite business processes, including: Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Order-to-Cash (O2C) Record-to-Report (R2R) Experience with core financial modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Bank Reconciliation.

Experience with Distribution modules, including Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, and Inventory Management. Exposure to Net. Suite Manufacturing modules (Work Orders, Assemblies, WIP & Routing). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and support Net. Suite ERP implementation projects utilizing Oasis Solutions' implementation methodology while serving as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Analyze client business processes and recommend scalable Net. Suite solutions that align with operational goals and industry best practices.

Own one or more core Net. Suite functional process areas (such as Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, or Record-to-Report), providing implementation leadership and best-practice guidance throughout client engagements. Configure native Net. Suite functionality to meet client business requirements and deliver successful implementation outcomes.

Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously while balancing project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations. Collaborate with consultants, project managers, and technical developers to translate business requirements into effective system configurations and custom solutions when needed. Support data migration activities, including data cleansing, validation, import, and testing, while maintaining accurate implementation documentation.

Facilitate client training sessions, user acceptance testing, and knowledge transfer to ensure successful system adoption. Mentor junior consultants by sharing product knowledge, implementation best practices, and project experience. Act as a subject matter expert in one or more areas of Net.
