Cont Improvement Mgr

DAre you someone who sees an inefficient process and immediately starts thinking about how to make it better? Fleet Farm is looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager to drive meaningful change across our distribution operations. Based in ourChippewa Falls Distribution Center, you'll work hands-on with Operations leaders and frontline Team Members to identify bottlenecks, analyze data, improve inventory flow, and implement solutions that increase productivity and efficiency.

You'll also play a key role in implementing ourManhattan Labor Management System (LMS) and become its primary business owner as we build the future of Continuous Improvement at Fleet Farm.
