We’re hiring a part-time, temporary Customer Service Representative to process orders and take care of the brands we make products for. Schedule: Mondays and Tuesdays 7:30am-4:00pm On-Site at our Colorado Springs location What You’ll Do: Enter customer orders received by fax, EDI, email, and phone accurately in our ERP system Answer customer questions on order status, inventory, and deliveries Investigate and resolve order, shipping, and billing issues, including credits and exchanges Make outbound calls to key accounts and promote new or improved products Review open-order and back-order reports and keep customers and internal teams informed What You Bring: 2+ years of applicable customer service, call center, sales desk, inside sales, or order entry experience, including outbound calls Fast, accurate data entry, including 10-key Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) Comfort calculating discounts, percentages, and pricing A calm, courteous approach with upset customers ERP or EDI experience preferred; B2B manufacturing or distribution experience preferred Education / Certifications: High school diploma or GED required Why Work at NGW: If you take pride in getting every order right and enhancing the experience of each customer who calls, you are a perfect fit for this role. Qualifications

High school diploma or GED, Associates or bachelors degree Preferred Three (3) plus years experience in customer service, call center, sales desk and order taking experience. Must be able to learn product features and respond to questions. Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to compose correspondence, effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Intermediate to advanced level with MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages. Strong Customer Service Skills, ability to project a positive demeanor and overcome negativity during phone conversations.
