Youth Stabilization Specialist

Department/ Location: Crisis Programs. Status: Non-Exempt. Reports to: Program Director Summary:The Youth Stabilization Specialist plays a critical role in supporting youth to achieve and maintain stability as they prepare for a successful transition into a home-like environment. The Youth Stabilization Specialist builds relationships quickly and partners with each youth to develop and implement highly individualized treatment plans.

Youth Stabilization Specialists use behavioral interventions and supports and engage youth in a variety of daily activities while focusing on mental health treatment goals. Youth Stabilization Specialists also provide crisis support and de-escalation tech
