We are seeking a motivated, organized, and solution-oriented Property Manager Specialist to join our team. This person takes an efficient and personable approach to all applicants and sees every interaction as an opportunity to make a positive impact. This role is central to delivering a positive experience to our residents.

This is a Full-Time onsite role at our Southview Property in Cedar Rapids, IA. Our Vision: Raise the Standard of Living Our Mission: To Glorify God Through Excellent Stewardship Our Core Values: Excellence in Everything | Relationship Builders | Speed is Life | Kickass Culture Reports to the Property Manager Primary Responsibilities Welcome and assist all guests of Southview in person and by phone Drive occupancy up by owning leasing life cycle from unknown applicant to resident move in Own leasing communication via phone, in-person, and email Collect all unreceived revenue Communicate proactively and retroactively with all delinquent residents Post notices Support the Property Manager Secondary Responsibilities Team communication and assisting as available Office Management: Supplies, Equipment General organization and cleanliness in the office Qualifications 1-2 years experience in leasing, customer service, support, or administrative roles Strong communication, both written and verbal
