Responsibilities

Drive customer product sales development to support revenue growth. Develop and strengthen key customer relationships. Lead commercial negotiations across product groups ensuring profitability and alignment with business unit goals. Lead and contribute to regional sales planning and KPIs. Lead, guide and manage regional Account Managers on the team.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in business or engineering. Strong product and solution selling experience in Automotive. 5-10 years experience gained in automotive Tier1 supplier with extended negotiation experience Experience in development/cooperation with OEM.
