MDS/RAI Nurse

Saratoga Medical is hiring MDS/RAI Nurses for onsite opportunities in Bemidji, Minnesota . This is a contract opportunity at a long-term care facility serving veterans, with a possible extension. Saratoga Medical has an exciting opportunity for an experienced MDS/RAI Nurse to coordinate resident assessments and care planning.

Opening: MDS/RAI Nurse – 1 position Requirements: Current, unrestricted Minnesota RN license 2+ years of MDS/RAI coordination experience in an SNF/LTC setting Knowledge of MDS 3.0, the CMS RAI Manual, and EHR/MDS software Ability to pass the Minnesota DHS background study and criminal background check Current CPR/BLS certification TB screening and immunizations Schedule: 40 hours/week, onsite 5 days/week.

Key Responsibilities
