Responsibilities

Provide individualized support with daily living activities, including personal care, grooming, dressing, and mobility as needed. Promote independence, personal choice, dignity, and community involvement. Assist with meal planning, preparation, and maintaining a safe, clean-living environment. Support medication routines in accordance with established procedures and individual care plans.

Monitor and communicate changes in health, behavior, or support needs. Follow individualized service plans and applicable policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements. Encourage participation in meaningful activities, social opportunities, and community outings. Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the CHS Group team.

What We Offer

Monthly compensation ranging from $1,600 to $6,000 , depending on the applicable arrangement and support requirements. Flexible scheduling. Paid orientation. Requirements

Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Valid driver's license required. Ability to successfully pass a required background check. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Compassion, patience, reliability, and a genuine desire to support individuals with disabilities. Previous experience in caregiving, direct support, home health, or IDD services is preferred but not required.

CPR, First Aid, and AED certification required; training is provided by CHS Group TN, LLC.
