Supervise licensed nurses and nursing personnel, ensuring the delivery of care aligns with each resident's comprehensive assessment and care plan. Manage units in accordance with facility philosophy, adhering to professional nursing standards and complying with State laws and regulations. Efficiently utilize resources to promote each resident's physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being. On-call rotation is required.Qualification Requirements:- Licensed as an RN in the state of Arkansas

• Management experience
