About the Team

The PR, Brand Marketing, and Licensing team works with cross-functional areas across the brands to bring our collaborations, licensed products and marketing programs to life. This team is the main point of contact for collaborations and license partners and works to ensure that our brands fulfill all obligations of our agreements.

The PR, Brand Marketing, and Licensing team regularly interfaces with Product Design/Development, Merchandising, Creative Services, Inventory Management, Accounting, and Legal.

About the Role

The Senior Partnerships Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the team by executing the tactical needs of our product partnerships, brand collaborations, and marketing opportunities, with enhanced knowledge of our licensed product business across brands. This role will work hand-in-hand with both internal cross-functional teams and external partners to drive product sales and brand awareness across all channels.

Responsibilities

Maintain the collaborations and licensing process and calendar, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to ensure programs are set up for success Develop relationships with all external collaboration and license partners, ensure contractual commitments are adhered to, and day-to-day needs are met Lead vendor set up and contractual management system Serve as key partner for regular cross-functional and external partner meetings Keep careful records of collaboration and licensed product SKUs and contract rights Support the team at key industry and partner meetings as a representative and liaison on behalf of the brand (travel may be required) Create and maintain reference materials to educate cross-functional teams (e.

g. contract summaries, marketing guidelines, development calendars, etc.) Manage collaboration and licensor requests for imagery, product information, and samples Own contractual sample management process Act as a resource to cross-functional teams, providing up-to-date information on all partnership programs Assist PR, Collaboration, and Licensing team members with additional tasks and special projects as dictated by business needs Criteria 4 year Bachelor’s degree required 1-3 years of experience in project management, merchandising, or similar Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability and desire to work in a collaborative/team environment Must be able to multi-task and prioritize in order to meet deadlines in a fast-paced working environment High level of organizational skills and strong attention to detail required Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

The expected starting pay range for this position is $70,000 - $75,000. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets.
