A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BAKERY MANAGER - OPERATIONS MANAGER

In this pivotal retail management role, you will be a crucial support to the owner in driving the ongoing success of our company. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely alongside the owner, collaborating on a wide range of essential business functions. This will include actively participating in tasks such as reviewing and managing payroll, handling the recruitment and termination of employees, conducting budget reviews, and assisting with any additional tasks or projects the owner requires support on.

As a key team member, you will also be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store, leading a team of 10-15 employees. Your innate leadership abilities will shine as you oversee the front of the bakery, ensuring impeccable cleanliness and customer satisfaction. Your dedication to creating a positive experience for both customers and team members will contribute significantly to the continued growth and prosperity of our company.
