We are seeking a skilled and committed Dental Assistant to join our team and assist us in delivering exceptional care to our patients. At Dr. Gerard Weinacker, D.M.D in Mobile, Alabama is an endodontics practice and our core belief is putting the patient’s needs first. The ideal candidate for the Dental Assistant position should possess a natural inclination towards providing compassionate care.

Your Daily Job Duties and Responsibilities: Assisting the doctor during a variety of endodontic procedures Greet and accompany patients for treatment to ensuring their comfort Sterilize, maintain, and organize instruments and prepare treatment rooms for patients by following prescribed procedures and protocols Capture X-rays and other scans as needed Enter and complete patient chart notes and documentation Performing office administrative tasks that require the u se of a computer Ordering supplies needed for the practice Preferred Qualifications: 1+ years’ experience as a Dental Assistant is highly preferred Certification or associate degree in an accredited dental assisting program Good verbal and written communication skills High school diploma or equivalent Experience using computers for a variety of tasks Maintain a professional appearance and attitude If you are a team player with a passion for providing excellent patient care, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
