Job Details: Job Location: 25 Sawyer Passway - fitchburg, MA, Salary Range: $27.00 - $36.00Hourly, Fitchburg, MA $27.00 - $35.50 per Hour + Overtime Opportunities Available + 5k Sign on bonus Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Join Our Manufacturing Team Micron Solutions is looking for an experienced 2nd Shift Injection Molding Process Technician to join our 2nd shift team in Fitchburg, MA.

In this hands-on role, you'll set up and troubleshoot injection molding machines, perform mold changes, monitor processes, and keep production running safely and efficiently. You'll also have the opportunity to work with robotics and automated manufacturing equipment. What You'll Do

Set up, start, and troubleshoot injection molding machines Perform mold and job changeovers Set up and troubleshoot auxiliary equipment Respond to machine alarms and processing issues Make process adjustments within established parameters Monitor cycle times, machine performance, and process stability Troubleshoot basic robotics and automation issues Complete required production and process documentation Identify opportunities to reduce scrap and improve efficiency Work with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality to resolve manufacturing issues Follow established safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications:
