KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage manufacturing process and supplier quality to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Monitor quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement activities
• Conduct process and supplier audits, quality evaluations, and reliability verification
• Analyze quality issues and manage corrective and preventive actions
• Lead supplier quality improvement activities and monitor supplier performance
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve quality issues
• Individual contributor responsible for independently managing assigned quality activities EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (Minimum Qualifications)
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• 3 to 8 years of experience in quality engineering or a related field
• Experience in manufacturing and supplier quality management is preferred
• Experience with IATF requirements and supplier audits is preferred
