We’re looking for an Associate Orthodontist with the clinical skills, leadership mindset, and entrepreneurial drive to transition into the primary doctor role. About the Role

This three-day-per-week opportunity is designed for an orthodontist looking to join an established practice while taking an active role in leading and growing the practice. You’ll work closely with Dr. Ricarda Prentice, become connected to patients, families, and the team, and develop a clear vision for the practice’s future.

You’ll build on an established patient base, an experienced team, strong community relationships, and a reputation developed over 20 years. Digital imaging and scanning technology support personalized care for children, teens, and adults, providing a strong foundation for your ideas and continued growth. The ideal candidate brings strong clinical skills and sound treatment-planning judgement, enjoys building relationships, and is excited to become actively involved in the Broomfield community.

We’re looking for someone who will bring new ideas and an entrepreneurial perspective while respecting the care and relationships that have shaped the practice.
