About the Role
Berry Law is seeking a professional, friendly, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Lincoln. This role is an important part of the client experience, serving as the first point of contact for visitors and callers and helping create a welcoming, professional environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, communicates clearly and confidently, and can manage a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced office setting.
The right candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and committed to providing outstanding service to both clients and team members.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception and waiting area Communicate with clients by phone, email, mail, and in person Accept and route hand deliveries Help ensure client areas are prepared and maintained between appointments What We’re Looking For Strong verbal and written communication skills Professional business correspondence and electronic communication abilities Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and remain flexible in a busy environment Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Why Join Berry Law At Berry Law, we believe our people are the foundation of our success.
