As a Front Desk Agent, you'll be the face of the resort and play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

From welcoming families on vacation to helping guests celebrate special occasions, you'll be at the center of creating lasting memories while working in a beautiful lakeside environment. Whether you're looking for your first hospitality role or want to build a career in guest services, we'd love to meet you. Part-Time Opportunities 2 - 4days per week 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Must be able to work the evening shifts at least 2days per week; including weekends.

Position Details Welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude and ensure a smooth check-in experience. Assist guests throughout their stay by answering questions and providing exceptional service. Handle reservations, guest registrations, check-outs, and room assignments accurately. Process cash and credit card transactions while following established procedures.

Maintain accurate room status information and guest records. Share information about resort amenities, activities, accommodations, dining, and local attractions. Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally. Accommodate special requests whenever possible to exceed guest expectations. Maintain the security and confidentiality of guest information and room keys.

Must be at least 16 years old. Valid driver's license required - if over 18yrs old Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or front desk experience is a plus, but not required. We are happy to train motivated individuals with a great attitude and strong work ethic.
