Job Summary
This position is responsible for providing support services to individuals living in the Cottage Semi-Independent Living Program. Working within a psychosocial rehabilitation and trauma-informed framework, the position supports residents in maintaining housing stability, developing independent living skills, promoting wellness, and increasing community integration while ensuring a safe and supportive living environment.
The position works collaboratively with internal staff, clinical teams, community agencies, and resident support networks in alignment with the mission, objectives, and policies of Coast Mental Health.
