Employee Onboarding & Engagement Specialist

The Employee Onboarding and Engagement Specialist supports client-specific onboarding activities, pre-employment screening, interview coordination, orientations, and assisting in maintaining a qualified candidate pool. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees, providing day-one orientation, daily engagement and support, attendance management, and communication with client leadership regarding employee needs and concerns.

The Specialist also ensures compliance with company and client requirements by auditing new-hire documentation, completing required vetting steps, maintaining accurate timekeeping records, and following established policies and procedures.
