Speech Language Pathologist

AB Staffing is looking for an experienced Speech Language Pathologist that is available for the 26/27 school year. Salary: $67 - $72/Hourly. $2,512 - $2,700/Weekly.

Requirements

Active Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License required Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred. Previous school-based experience preferred. Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Job Description: Caseload and details of position/classroom type will differ based on school location.

Contract through the school year – 37.5 hours per week. Contract follows the academic district calendar.

Position Overview

Provide speech and language therapy services to help students improve communication and learning skills.

Essential Functions

Identify students needing specialized speech or language services and provide tailored solutions for academic success. Conduct individual and group therapy using curriculum-based materials and provide progress reports. Supervise support staff, consult with educators, and provide alternative communication systems. Create engaging learning environments and promote social, physical, and intellectual growth.
