Job Description: Job Handyman Starting pay rate: $20.00 hourly The Handyman will have direct responsibility working with Customers Maintenance Department. A handyman provides numerous services in a variety of areas, including general maintenance and cleaning, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, masonry and renovations. For example, a handyman might dispose of trash, replace light bulbs, tighten cabinetry or appliance hardware, fix leaky pipes, clean drains, test wiring, replace windows, touch-up painted surfaces, fix broken tile, assemble furniture, clean a building exterior and gutters, remove leaves, fallen branches or other debris from walkways.

Safety Expectations: No personal safety incidents from previous job. Know and follow all company safety guidelines. Promote a safe attitude and awareness among others. Practice prevention, identify and report potential hazards. Follow all Work Instructions and updates as needed. Report any safety incident immediately.

Housekeeping Expectations: Perform housekeeping duties dally. Provide assistance to keep assigned area within housekeeping requirements. Required PPE: Safety glasses Steel toed shoes Hard hats as required Conventional work clothes Gloves and respirators as needed Hearing protection Critical Skills: Must possess and demonstrate the skill sets and characteristics necessary to be an effective Leader.
