Infrastructure Solutions Architect

We are seeking an experienced Service. Now Platform Solutions Architect to support the design, governance, and strategic direction of our Service. Now platform and its foundational services. This role is part of the Service. Now platform team that supports Service. Now CMDB and Service. Now Foundational services for delivery of IT solutions for the DTMB Office of Chief Technology Officer (OCTO).

Job Duties Architect Service. Now platform solutions aligned with DTMB strategic goals. Lead technical solution design, platform governance, and best practices. Design and support integrations with enterprise applications and services. Provide technical support to developers, system administrators, and project teams. Support platform upgrades, performance optimization, and roadmap planning.

Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and operational requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Requirements

5+ years: Service. Now platform experience. Experience architecting and implementing enterprise Service. Now solutions. Must have experience with Service. Now ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, CSDM, integrations, APIs, and workflow automation. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. “Service. Now Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) certification Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field Desired Skills Service.

Now Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent certifications. Service. Now Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification Service. Now Implementation Specialist certifications – CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM ITIL Foundations V3 or higher certification Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree Location Local candidates vs non-local : Local candidates (strongly preferred) or non-local (must be willing to relocate at their own expense from acceptance with no delays & follow the hybrid schedule) Position is a hybrid schedule with NO REMOTE ONLY OPTION.

Will need to be onsite from day 1, two days a week. Specific onsite days will be determined with the manager once a candidate is selected. Working hours Monday-Friday, approximately 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Additional Requirements Must be authorized to work in the United States; We are unable to offer sponsorships at this time Must undergo a background check and drug screening for employment.

Employment Terms This is a W2 position 40 hrs per week HYBRID schedule
