Manager Tissue Recovery(Internal Opportunity)

The Manager, Tissue Recovery is responsible for the oversight of tissue recovery operations including but not limited to the recovery of eyes and tissues, digital. Donor status board management, staffing logistics, and case logistics. Ensures the department is adequately staffed, the department has the necessary tools/equipment/supplies necessary to perform recoveries.

Ensures the department follows applicable Policies & Procedures, standards and regulations. Provided donation partners with appropriate customer service, meets routinely with tissue processors, and identify areas of process improvement.
