WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• High school diploma or GED
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Experience in warehouse operations, safety leadership, or employee training
• Strong knowledge of safety standards, operational workflows, and performance metrics
• Experience training and coaching employees in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Ability to analyze KPIs, identify trends, and validate performance readiness
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Strong communication, leadership, and accountability skills
• Ability to enforce standards while maintaining a positive and supportive safety culture
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Candidates with PIT certification, experience in e-commerce or distribution center environments, familiarity with RF-Smart or NetSuite, or a willingness to become a certified trainer are strongly encouraged to apply.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR SAFETY AND TRAINING LEAD

Your day begins by walking the warehouse floor, identifying opportunities to strengthen safety practices and helping employees work confidently and efficiently. Throughout the day, you'll lead site-wide safety initiatives, conduct audits and risk assessments, investigate incidents and near misses, and ensure corrective actions are effectively implemented. You'll serve as the facility's certified PIT trainer and evaluator, training and certifying operators on forklifts, EPJs, reach trucks, stock pickers, WAVs, and other equipment while managing training records and certification tracking. You'll coach employees through performance challenges, validate KPI achievement before advancement, oversee operational training across inventory, shipping, receiving, picking, consolidation, returns, and clerical systems, maintain compliance documentation, track certification renewals, support DOT and driver training requirements, prepare performance reports, and partner with leaders across the operation to improve safety, productivity, and overall site performance.

Primary Warehouse Operations Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM or until work is completed
• Five-day schedule
• Weekends off

Alternate Operational Schedules (As Needed)

• Sunday through Wednesday or Wednesday through Saturday
• 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM or until work is completed
• Four-day schedule
• Ten-hour shifts
• Three consecutive days off
