• Mobile Service Technician Pay: $25.00-$45.00 Per Flat Rate Hour Schedule: This is a full-time opportunity. We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. To be successful in this role, you will be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak business periods and important opportunities for maximizing earnings. What You'll Do

Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, observing Lithia and manufacturer standards. Diagnose cause of malfunction. Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements. Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work. Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results & time, per company recording & clocking procedures.

Provide and maintain an inventory of normal mechanics tools.

What You'll Bring

We require 1+ year of prior automotive repair experience. We prefer ASE and manufacturer certification. You will be capable to perform vehicle inspections, diagnosis, repairs and maintenance on a variety of vehicle manufacturers. We prefer you to have a Hawaii State Inspectors License. We prefer you to have a Hawaii State Safety Check Inspectors License.

The average wage range for this position is $25.00-$45.00 per flat rate hour. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
