$25.00+ 2nd Shift Cook/Sauce Operator - Lloyd's BBQ

Lloyd's Barbeque (a subsidiary of Hormel Corporation) is looking for a Cook/Sauce Operator at our Mendota Heights facility. Pay for the position starts at $25.00 per hour. The Cook/Sauce Operator's tasks include: Abiding by all Lloyd's Barbeque plant safety rules Operating a food packaging machine for both pork and beef ribs Operating food processing equipment Assisting with the coordination and running of a food processing line Cooking various products (e.

g. ribs, shredded meats, etc.) Load/unload product in and out of ovens Organize, monitor, and track product removed from cooked ovens Performing product inspection checks Follow product cook recipes Formulate and make sauce for products Completing all necessary paperwork correctly and in a timely manner Operating an electric Pallet Jack (in-house training provided) Relieving other Lloyd's BBQ plant positions as necessary (additional pay provided if relieving a higher pay grade position) Following good manufacturing practices (GMP's) Perform any and all duties (washroom and production) as assigned by 1st line supervisor.

Requirements
