Business Consultant/ Development-Executive

About the Role

This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate. About sales, client engagement, and driving business growth in the Fin-tech, SaaS, and RegTech space.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities through outbound and inbound sales activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and business discussions with decision-makers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions based on business needs.
• Manage the complete sales lifecycle, from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and update CRM records regularly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, RAG, SaaS Sales, Fin-tech Sales, or Account Management.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Experience in Fintech, SaaS, RegTech, Banking, or Technology Sales will be preferred.
