RESPEC, seeks a Water/Wastewater Project Engineer in our Water market sector, located in Colorado Springs, Loveland, and Denver, Colorado. We are committed to excellence in engineering and environmental solutions.
Our multidisciplinary team specializes in groundbreaking projects that address water and wastewater challenges faced by our clients. With an unwavering focus on sustainability and innovation, we take pride in delivering results that enhance quality of life and promote responsible resource management. Required: Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related engineering field Minimum 8 years of experience related to water and wastewater facilities, including treatment, collection, distribution, and pumping systems Professional Engineer (PE) license, or ability to obtain Colorado licensure through reciprocity Experience leading engineering tasks and coordinating project teams Strong verbal and written communication skills Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record; position requires operating a company or personal vehicle during work hours for business-related travel Preferred: Experience serving as a technical lead on complex water and wastewater projects Strong knowledge of hydraulic engineering principles and water/wastewater infrastructure Experience developing scopes of work, project budgets, schedules, and professional service proposals Proficiency with Microsoft Office, GIS, and AutoCAD Civil 3D Experience working directly with municipal clients and regulatory agencies Active participation in professional organizations and industry conferences Compensation : Salary depends on experience and expertise.
The typical salary range for this position is $100,000 to $155,000 Compensation includes a comprehensive fringe-benefits package.
