• Program Assistant Part-Time Crime Control Division Are you a driven professional who thrives on building stronger, healthier communities? Need extra income? The Central Shenandoah Valley Office on Youth (CSVOOY) is looking for passionate and proactive individuals to support youth in our community. This is a Part-time position needed to work on an as-needed basis to support programs of the Central Shenandoah Valley Office on Youth. Selected candidate(s) will provide supervision and structured contacts with court-involved youth. Work is performed in the Staunton, Waynesboro, and Augusta County areas. Employee must be able to work a flexible schedule with most work occurring during evening and weekend hours. High school diploma, Human Services experience, and demonstrated ability to relate well with others, especially ‘at-risk’ youth and their families required. Knowledge of the consequences associated with risky behaviors and the juvenile justice system is preferred.

Pay range

is $16.50 - $ 17.00 per hour. Mileage is paid for use of a personal vehicle. Valid driver’s license, drug test, and criminal background check are required.
