Inventory Control Specialist

We are looking for the next addition to our award-winning team!! Inventory Control Specialist: 1st Shift - 5:00 am - 3:30 pm

• THURS Responsibilities: Perform regular physical inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy. Investigate and report discrepancies between physical inventory and ERP system records. Maintain accurate inventory locations and quantities within the ERP system. Organize and optimize the staging of raw materials and consumables for production. Work closely with production teams to resolve inventory-related issues quickly and effectively. Develop and maintain a consistent inventory labeling and organization system throughout the facility. Ensure inventory for new product lines is properly staged, organized, and labeled. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Participate in company 6S initiatives and continuous improvement efforts. Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational needs. Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Forklift operation experience required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Experience with ERP systems and inventory management processes is highly desirable. Physical Requirements: Ability to follow detailed instructions and established procedures. Ability to perform the essential functions of the position in a manufacturing environment. Ability to work on a computer and operate a forklift. Ability to lift up to 44 pounds. Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety shoes, safety glasses, and hearing protection while in production areas. 60-day waiting period- Benefits: Paid Time Off

Requirements

Must pass pre-employment drug screen (including THC/Marijuana; medical card will NOT be accepted) ( Required) High school diploma or equivalent. (Required) Forklift operation experience. (Required) Superior attendance record. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
