Front Desk Coordinator

We're looking for a front desk coordinator to join our team! You'll run the front desk: check patients in and out, manage the schedule, handle insurance and payments, and keep things moving. Dental experience preferred, but not required.

In reviews, patients say they overcame a fear of the dentist here, and they single out the receptionist for praise. This is an office you can make a difference at!

You'll do:

• Check-in/check-out and phones

• Daily scheduling

• Insurance verification, breakdowns, treatment plans, co-pays

• Patient records and front office operations

You bring:

• Dental front office experience preferred (insurance, benefit breakdowns)

• Or: strong customer service experience, fast learner

• Organized, friendly, comfortable multitasking
