Financial Advisor
Job description
We are a fast-growing, client-centric wealth management firm in St. Louis seeking a mid-level Financial Advisor who is confident in front of clients, strong at closing qualified opportunities, and looking for better systems, marketing, and operational support to scale their income and impact. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys holistic planning, values long-term client relationships, and is motivated to grow within a structured, high-support environment.
Key Responsibilities
Meet with qualified, firm-generated prospects, both in-person and virtual. Understand client needs, educate prospects, and present clear planning recommendations. Maintain a 20%+ closing ratio on qualified appointments over time. Provide holistic advice across investments, insurance, retirement income planning, and tax-aware strategies.
Recommend AUM and insurance-based solutions, including annuities and life insurance, when appropriate. Build and maintain long-term client relationships through reviews, proactive check-ins, and timely follow-up. Use CRM and planning tools to document meetings, track pipeline, and manage next steps. Collaborate with operations, planning support, and marketing to ensure a high-quality client experience.
Participate in regular training, coaching, and role-plays. Required Qualifications 3–7 years of client-facing financial advisor or planning experience. Active Series 65 or 66 , or willingness to obtain within a defined timeframe. Demonstrated success with firm-provided or qualified leads. Historical closing ratio of roughly 20%+ preferred.
Evidence of revenue or production growth over time. Experience using a structured sales or planning process. CRM experience required.
