Our CDL Class A Drivers operate on dedicated routes between Grande facilities , ensuring consistent work, familiar runs, and be home daily. Why Drivers Choose Grande Starting entry level pay is $27.80 . Higher pay available based on experience. $3.00 night shift premium when working between 6:00PM-6:00AM. $2.25 Weekend shift premium when working any Saturday or Sunday.
